<p>External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar on Saturday met with his Candian counterpart Melanie Joly on the sidelines of East Asia Summit and disussed the Ukraine conflict among other important issues. Vice President Dhankhar is on a three-day tour which is his first foreign visit after taking charge of the office of the Vice President of India. </p> <p>He arrived at the Phnom Penh airport, Cambodia on Friday and was welcomed by Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Cambodia and other dignitaries.
