<p><strong>New Delhi:</strong> With the Taliban taking full control over Kabul and several other parts of Afghanistan, a situation of fear and panic has resided among nationals who have demanded recue from the global community. Last week, the Islamic outfit had captured Jalalabad, Herat and Kandahar province of war-torn country.</p> <p>This has brought an unprecedented end to a two-decade campaign in which the US and its allies had tried to transform the war-ravaged nation. </p>
