Referring to the court proceedings, he said that Muhammad Ali Mirza has been granted bail by the court due to non-compliance with some legal requirements, as the court had directed that the case be handled under the FIA instead of the police. Because under the Standard Procedures (SOPs) legally created by the government, such cases are handled by the Home Department and a decision is made as to where the case will be tried.
DPO Jhelum said that Mohammad Ali Mirza's position was also "my point is being presented out of context" which we are investigating further, and if the case is legally FIA. Will be sent to them.
